Project Fisherman, CSAM Arrest

Cusco is a city located high in the Andes of Peru and the former capital city of the Inca empire, visited by millions of tourists each year to witness the magnificent ancient Machu Picchu ruins nearby. In the bustling city of Cusco, a dangerous predator had recruited and forced a 10-year-old child into making child sexual abuse material with him in the Comas sector of Lima Peru. The predator was identified, located, and apprehended in Lima through investigative techniques and partnerships with U.S. Homeland Security Investigations and Libertas International. Children's International Rescue Foundation is providing logistical support for the child's protection and rehabilitation in collaboration with Libertas International. We will be helping the child along his journey of healing. We are grateful for your generous support which enabled us to make a difference in the life of a young child in the Peruvian Andes and prevent this predator from abusing more children in the future.
