C.I.R.F. Operator Training

C.I.R.F. conducted a 2-day training event with new and current operators on November 17-18. The training event included our current mission analysis, policies and procedures, case studies, hand-to-hand combat, surveillance scenarios, first-aid, and a club role-playing scenario. We are grateful for BPMF Nielsen Training and Consulting for the generous donation of their time, resources, facility, and talents to make this training event possible.

Final training scenario where an operator is shot in a club environment and his comrades have to respond with appropriate medical care using the "WEMARCH" acronym and their Individual First Aid Kits to apply a tourniquet, chest seals, and transport the operator to a hospital.
